As a dedicated Rover, I couldn’t be more thrilled to share the news that Kuro Game has just dropped the official announcement for the long-awaited Version 1.3 update, titled “To the Shore’s End.” Set to go live in July 2026, this massive content infusion is poised to redefine our journey across Solaris with fresh faces, gripping narratives, and a slew of quality-of-life improvements. After soaking in every detail from the patch notes, I’m here to break down everything you need to know, from maintenance timings to the Shiny new Resonator I’m already saving Astrite for.

Maintenance & Compensation Breakdown
Mark your calendars, because the servers will be offline for the Version 1.3 deployment on July 13, 2026, from 04:00 to 11:00 (UTC+8). That’s a seven-hour window for Kuro to roll out the new build, and as always, the dev team has promised extended compensation if the downtime stretches beyond plan. Every Rover who has created a character and unlocked the in-game Mails feature before the maintenance begins will receive a juicy Astrite x300 and Crystal Solvent x2. On top of that, an additional Astrite x300 is being handed out as thanks for our patience while they squash lingering bugs. All these goodies will land in our in-game mailbox within six hours after the servers hum back to life and remain claimable for 30 days, so don’t let them expire.
New Resonators Join the Roster
This update introduces two fresh Resonators, and I have to admit, one of them has already stolen my heart.
5-Star: Shorekeeper (Spectro)
The Shorekeeper is the guardian of the enigmatic Black Shores archipelago – a title that once defined her entire existence. But according to her backstory, desires, bonds, and emotions only began to blossom after she crossed paths with us, the Rover. On the battlefield, she slots perfectly into a Support and Healer role, bringing potent Traction, DMG Amplification, and team-wide sustain. If you’ve been craving a spectral anchor for your party, she’s available exclusively via the [Till the Sea Turns Clear] Featured Resonator Convene.
4-Star: Youhu (Glacio)
Youhu is a voluble, whimsical antique appraiser who crafts limericks on the spot and sets up street stalls to match cherished antiques with new owners. Her kit screams utility: she’s another Support and Healer, but specializes in Resonance Skill DMG, Vibration Strength Reduction, and Coordinated Attack DMG Amplification. You can pull her from the [Prevail the Lasting Night] Featured Resonator Convene, and starting in Version 1.4 she’ll become a permanent fixture in the Standard Weapon & Character Convene pool.

Fresh Arsenal: Stellar Symphony & Deep Sky Blazar Series
Weapon enthusiasts have plenty to geek out over. The 5-Star Stellar Symphony (Rectifier) features an energy core that simulates the lifecycle of stars – a singularity that erupts into explosive rebirth. It’s up for grabs in the [Absolute Pulsation - Stellar Symphony] Weapon Convene. Alongside it, an entire 4-Star series called Deep Sky Blazar drops with Waning Redshift (Broadblade), Endless Collapse (Sword), Relativistic Jet (Pistols), Celestial Spiral (Gauntlets), and Fusion Accretion (Rectifier). These can be obtained from the same weapon banner or by opening Deep Sky Blazar Weapon Chests during the area exploration event “Where Stars Slumber.”
New Echo & Narrative Depths
The Overlord-class Echo Fallacy of No Return stands as the Tethys System’s last line of defense, patrolling the boundary between reality and the digital realm. Capturing this one should be a treat for collectors.
On the story front, Main Quest: To the Shore’s End (Chapter I Act VIII) permanently unlocks after the update. We’ll finally pierce the digital fog veiling the Black Shores and uncover secrets that could reconnect the fractured world. You’ll need to have completed Thaw of Eons (Act VII) first. Additionally, Encore’s Companion Story: Small Wooly, Big Adventures goes live on October 24, 2026, inviting us to join the Wooly Warrior on a heartwarming escapade. Reach Union Level 18 and finish Grand Warstorm (Act VI) to qualify.
Jam-Packed Event Lineup
Version 1.3 doesn’t skimp on activities. Here’s a quick glance at what’s coming:

Quality-of-Life, Optimizations, and Bug Fixes
Kuro Game is tackling a mountain of community feedback. The Echo system gets a Batch Merge feature (up to 100 Echoes at a time) and a “Discarded” marker for smoother inventory management. The new Switch Map and Fast Travel enhancements make navigation a breeze, while Collection Spots track ascension materials directly from your Backpack. Story skippers will appreciate the Summary pop-up, and the revamped Gallery now sports an Archives section.
Controls receive a massive overhaul. Mobile players can finally use wireless controllers like the Xbox Series, DualSense, and DualShock 4, with full UI prompts and touchpad support. The Quick Access Wheel debuts for keyboard & mouse (hold CapsLock), and customizable key binds can now sync across your devices. Combat adjustments include smarter auto-target deactivation and fixes for Zhezhi’s Phantasmic Imprints glitching on rough terrain.
Bug fixes are too numerous to list in full, but highlights include corrections to Xiangli Yao’s abnormal movement after Decipher, Baizhi’s heavy attack damage miscalculation, incorrect Supply Chest counts for trophies, and those annoying random crashes when viewing trophies with a controller. The team even resolved motion blur and camera sensitivity resetting to default after restarts – a relief for immersion purists.
My Final Thoughts as a Rover
Version 1.3: To the Shore’s End feels like a love letter to both lore enthusiasts and QoL sticklers like me. The Shorekeeper’s emotional arc and healing toolkit make her an instant pull target, and the co-op Fairy Tale’s Finale event promises some chaotic fun with friends. The controller support alone will transform my commute gaming sessions. I’ll be diving into the Black Shores with my Wooly Warrior companion as soon as the servers wake up – see you on the other side, Rovers!
